Hello!

Thank you so much for taking the time to get to know us—we’re Robert and Kacy. Both born and raised in Alaska, our story began years ago when we met on Myspace. Fast forward, and here we are today, both working for the same company: Robert in management on the retail side and Kacy in process and program management.

We share a love for adventure, both in and out of state. Traveling is one of our passions, especially when it involves geocaching, escape rooms, or board games. Cruises have become a favorite, and we always find ourselves planning the next one! We love life’s simple joys and spend much of our time together—whether it’s camping, fishing, tackling home improvement projects, or hosting game nights with friends and family.

Our home is a warm, welcoming space where we often gather with loved ones. We value kindness, avoid drama, and believe in lending a helping hand whenever possible. We are also proud dog parents to two wonderful rescues, Mickey and Jersey. Mickey, now 10 years old and 100 pounds of pure love, will try to convince you he’s a lap dog at every opportunity. Jersey, our 3-year-old, is the boss of the house and has a special bond with our 1-year-old godson, Noah. She’s incredibly gentle and adores children, especially Noah, who is a huge light in our lives.

Although we don’t have children of our own yet, we treasure the time we spend with our friends and family who do. We’re lucky to play an active role in Noah’s life and love watching him grow. As we embark on this adoption journey, we are filled with hope and gratitude. We have a lot of love, compassion, and wisdom to share, and we’re ready for whatever path this journey may take. We believe that everything happens for a reason, and we are here with open hearts.
